It's (FINALLY) Closing Day!

After putting an offer on the house back in May, we are FINALLY ready to close on the house.

A lot has happened in the last 2 months - I wouldn't say I'm an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm a lot more familiar with setting up an LLC and some protective instruments, shopping for non-conventional home owners insurance (did you say LLC ownership, a Condo/HOA set-up, AND construction?!?), shopping around town for small business banking solutions, reviewing fine print and legalese.  It's been a steep learning curve but I know the work we've put in thus far will benefit all of our future projects.
